Dónde realizarse la cirugía plástica?

Una vez escogido su cirujano plástico, asegúrese que la clínica donde se va a realizar el procedimiento, tenga las acreditaciones necesarias para el tipo de cirugía que se va a llevar a cabo.

Antes de la intervención el Cirujano Plástico le realizará una Historia Clínica completa, se solicitará un estudio preoperatorio y tantas pruebas complementarias como se crea oportuno, incluyendo una visita previa con el Anestesiólogo. Aunque las complicaciones son poco frecuentes, podrá disminuir ese riesgo siguiendo las instrucciones que le daremos para antes y después de la intervención.

Antes de la cirugía

• Acuda a la consulta para la valoración clínica completa, exploración, toma de fotografías y resuelva todas sus inquietudes y preguntas con su Cirujano Plástico.

• No fume para evitar complicaciones en la cicatrización.

• No consuma ácido acetil-salicílico (aspirina) pues incrementa el tiempo en que coagula la sangre pues incrementa el tiempo en que coagula la sangre

• Informe los medicamentos tomados o enfermedades.

• Realice todos los exámenes solicitados por su Cirujano Plástico

• Pacientes con 40 años o más, deben realizarse riesgo cardiaco anestésico con un Cardiólogo, incluyendo teleradiografía de tórax posteroanterior y electrocardiograma.

• Pacientes con enfermedades como diabetes o presión arterial alta deben ser valorados por su médico especialista.

El día de la cirugía

• Báñese con agua y jabón.
• Acuda con sus implementos de aseo personal tales como champú, jabón, sandalias, bata, etc. y en el caso indicado, con el material para la cirugía: implantes, fajas, etc.

• Preséntese a la hora indicada acompañada de un familiar responsable.

• Diligencie los documentos requeridos para la cirugía.

• Sus uñas deben estar despintadas, su cara sin maquillaje sin accesorios.

• Depende de la intervención, puede ser necesario permanecer una noche y ser dado de alta al día siguientehasta una completa recuperación anestésica.

Después de la cirugía

• Tomar los medicamentos indicados, antibióticos para evitar infecciones, analgésicos para el dolor y seguir las indicaciones médicas específicas.

• En caso de cualquier duda comunicarse vía telefónica inmediatamente con su cirujano.

• Acudir cumplidamente a las citas posteriores indicadas.

El aparato circulatorio es el más grande y complejo del ser humano con múltiples funciones, todas de ellas vitales o sea imprescindibles para la vida; entre las que encontramos la coagulación, el transporte de oxígeno a todos los tejidos, la cicatrización, el metabolismo, transporte hormonal, defensas contra Infecciones, funciones inmunológicas y muchas más que nos llevan a concluir que SIN CIRCULACIÓN NO ES POSIBLE LA VIDA.

La Feria del Cuero, Calzado y Marroquinería IFLS+EICI, organizada por ACICAM, presenta las tendencias que se impondrán en el 2019.

Las últimas tendencias en calzado y marroquinería se darán a conocer en la versión número 39 de la Feria del Cuero en Bogotá que se realizará del 5 al 7 de febrero. En esta ocasión la feria recibirá invitados desde Brasil, Italia, México y España y una de Medellín.

Así mismo, durante estas fechas se realizará el lanzamiento de la VI versión del concurso “Innovación para tus pies” con el que se busca reconocer e impulsar la creatividad, diseño e innovación de los nuevos talentos colombianos en el sector.

Las empresas colombianas presentes en la feria demostrarán porqué la innovación y creatividad han sido protagonistas para el desarrollo de sus negocios y mantenerse vigentes en el mercado. “Para nosotros es muy importante resaltar el trabajo que las empresas colombianas vienen realizando para acoplarse a las demandas del mercado”, afirma Luis Gustavo Flórez, Presidente Ejecutivo de ACICAM.

La feria contará con una agenda académica de 6 conferencias, en la que expertos profundizarán en temas de innovación, tendencias, diseño, nuevas tecnologías y marketing en el sector del calzado y marroquinería. Conferencistas como Ángela Useche, directora de la Red Conceptos de Moda de ACICAM, quien explicará en detalle las tendencias que enmarcarán la temporada.

Los colores son los grandes pro­tagonistas de esta tendencia, apor­tan fuerza y dinamismo. Los tonos fucsia, verde y azul en textiles y las pieles brillantes con acabados geo­métricos, marcados por la evolución de materiales exóticos se destacan en el calzado y la marioquinería. El neón será vitad en esta tendencia, es la evolución a la idea de dinamismo y movimiento que se impone en esta temporada, “gracias a esta paleta de colores es posible ser monocromá­ticos e imponentes con un mismo outfit, al acompañarlo con un ele­mento diferenciador de calzado o marroquinería”.

En cuanto a los detalles, esta tendencia está fuertemente in­fluenciada por el mundo deportivo, las mallas y los estampados son cruciales, así como las suelas se- mi-deportivas y pasa cordones plásticos y metálicos. Además, el uso de materiales en PVC se con­vierte en una alternativa para dar un toque casual a los productos.
